ZappaZappa Café
Me and my wife have an undying love for funky café’s and good coffee. It was therefore natural that we would build our own place. We opened ZappaZappa Café in the summer of 2022 and are super proud of it's atmosphere and charm. The location was the harbor of Hanstholm, a small sea side town on the north-west coast of Jutland, Denmark. Surrounded by a national park, bunkers from WWII and lots and lots of surfing. We are forever grateful for the good times and knowledge gained through this fantastic venture. Everything was made with second hand and repurposed materials: screws, insulation, paint, furniture, shelving and the used espresso machine.

Happy Curl
We had opened Happy Curl hair salon in Vorupør, a small town further down the coast, a year earlier. When ZappaZappa Café opened we combined the the projects. The local community welcomed us with open arms and we are proud of creating what is probably the smallest hair salon in Denmark.
